Gemstones is one of the hottest topic that hit Sukabumi this year. From the south to the west, there are so many people talking, wearing and selling them everyday. The stones that we are talking about here is not a new discovery in the human kind. It was there since a long time ago. Most people wear them for a luck back in the day.  Now that after so many years being left, the Gemstones is back. They are taking over other beautiful stones position nowadays. Ruby, pearls and such are left behind. The new age has arrived. The age of gemstones and 99 % of Sukabumi people are responsible for that. Meanwhile the other 1%  are narrowing their eyebrows and confused and I am one of them. So why the gemstones os so special? will we have some magical benefit when we wear it? Some people have said that yes, they did feel different when they wear them. Some gemstones enthusiast said that after they wear them, they feel very charismatic and attractive. They feel something making them different than before and also feel that people are more respectful toward them. It is something they said. People now won’t look at them like they are just anyone. They will look at them like they are special, people who have to be respected. It is really different when they are not wearing them. They feel people just see them as an ordinary people. That they are not different from most people and sometimes people won’t respect them. Just like their bad old days before they have gemstones as their accessories.

While they gain charismatic charm, the wearer also have more confidence than before they wear gemstones. They won’t be nervous to speak in front of people. They will doing well in their job. They will get what they really want. It looks like everything they do will have a good result, because they have confidence that they can do it. Weather it was such difficult things to do. It is of course very different when they are not wearing any gemstones, the wearer often nervous to spoke in front of people, their jobs are messed. And they always think that they can’t get what they want, because they less confidence and in their mind just the phrase “ I can’t do it”. So they think it was really difficult for them to do anything well back then.

After they gain charismatic charm and confidence, the gemstones wearer then will feel famous. They will see people interested in them and idolized them. They also think that when people sees them, they will focused on the wearer and that is make the wearer recognizable as someone who are special. People who are not sees the wearer at first now they sees the wearer in such joy and that makes them famous among others who were not wear any of gemstones. But it was of course different when they had not any gem stones as their accessories. The wearer felt they just someone, they were not famous and people just seen them just when they needs their helps. And the they also felt ordinary, just another human being, not the famous gemstones wearer.

After all those differences above, I can now conclude that the people’s motives today to wear gemstones as their accessories is not really different from our old folks many centuries ago. They wore it to get luck. Although the old folks more suit with the gemstones rather than nowadays people, but still the gemstones era is already took over. But I, myself prefer to wear others beautiful stones rather than gemstones. I am no against it. I just think it was so ridiculous to wore any of them. Like really people? it is not glorious French Gipsy’s era. And I do hope that this gemstones age came to an end and still hoping that day will come quickly. So I won’t be seeing paranormal everywhere in my city anymore.
